Strathmore University commits to taking action against the problem of plastic trash in the oceans
This semester Dr. Vincent Ogutu from Strathmore University, Nairobi, gave a two-day workshop in our master’s seminar „Secrets of Innovation in Multinational Companies“. This year’s theme of the seminar was to tackle the problem of plastic trash in our oceans.
Strathmore University now agreed to host the Flip Flopi boat, “a boat made entirely of plastic trash recovered from the sea. It's traveling around the world, and any institution that hosts it commits to taking concrete steps to join the fight against plastic trash.” (Vincent Ogutu)
