EURAM 2021: PhD students present their research projects at an international management conference
Three of our PhD students presented their research projects at the European Academy of Management Conference (EURAM) 2021 and exchanged with other scholars in the field.
Whether it is leadership, diversity, digitalization or innovation: The research projects of our doctoral students cover a wide area of management topics and deserve to be presented to a broad audience.
Just recently, three of our PhD students had the opportunity to do so at the EURAM, an annual conference for management scholars from Europe. Academics, PhD students and practitioners are invited to present their current research projects and exchange with others. This year’s event took place digitally from June 16-18th and was themed “Reshaping capitalism for a sustainable world”.
In her online presentation, research assistant Sarah-Alena Rössig talked about the impact of diverse top management teams on organization’s innovative capability.
Angela Kipf investigates how perceived social class of leaders impacts strategic decision-making in a firm. While there is a lot of research on social class in many other domains, the research area has to date rather been neglected in management and organizational studies.
What are the decisive factors for internationalization and performance in digital businesses? Constantin Brenner sheds light on this question and analyzes the effectiveness and profitability of different internationalization approaches.
